Mode Merr does not grant refunds. Items may only be exchanged for different sizes not different styles within 7 days of receiving your order.
We are constantly building and restocking our inventory but frequently items sell out without notice which may take 3 or 4 weeks to produce. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for availablility before placing your order.
We ship all international packages USPS Priority or Express Mail. This is the safest, traceable and reliable method of shipping internationally. Many people prefer First Class shipping as it is less expensive. We do not ship First Class because the USPS does not offer tracking or insurance on First Class International packages.
International Shipping Policy
The USPS is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has left the United States; after it leaves the US, it’s up to your nation’s post office to deliver the package.

Items may only be exchanged for different sizes not different styles within 7 days of receiving your order. The policy at Mode Merr Clothing is to reuse/recycle everything possible to do our part in helping cut down on waste.
Customers must email before sending an exchange. Customers are encouraged to address any questions they may have before ordering as Mode Merr does not grant refunds. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Sale items cannot be exchanged. Items must be received within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for exchange. Items that are returned after 7 days or fall outside our exchange policy will not be accepted.
Please do not wear deodorant, perfume, makeup or other things that could leave a mark or scent while trying on the clothing. Items that appear to have been worn or are damaged are not fit for resale and are not eligible for exchange. No exceptions!
Items may be exchanged for different sizes or colors only. Not different style #’s. Please send the exchange with tags still attached, bagged in its original shipping box if it is in good enough condition to reuse.
US Customers Only. Please include a check or Money order for $5 or send written permission with your exchange to charge the original credit card used to cover return shipping.
International Customers please e-mail. When shipping your exchange back please use a method that is trackable and insurable as Mode Merr Clothing is not responsible for the package until we receive it.
All returns are processed as quickly as possible. If the size/color you require is not in stock it will need to be made. This can take up to 3–4 weeks depending on production.
